UTP 6222Mo Nickel Electrode ENiCrMo-3 – Tin
- Nickel-based welding wire.
- Particularly suited for joining and surfacing on a variety of nickel alloys, austenitic steels, and low temperature nickel steels.
- Heat resistant and can withstand operating temperatures up to 1000 degrees Celsius.
- Prolonged heat treatment within the temperature range of 600 to 800 degrees Celsius can result in a slight decrease in ductility.
- Scale-resistant in low-sulphur atmospheres up to 1100 degrees Celsius and has high creep strength.
Bohler UTP 068 HH Nickel Alloy Electrode – EN ISO 14172
Bohler UTP 8 Hardfacing Welding Rod – EN ISO 1071
- Graphite-basic coating that produces a smooth, spatter-free weld in all positions with minimal amperage
- Produces a weld deposit that is easily filled and has no undercut, even in difficult areas
- Can be used for cold welding of grey and malleable cast iron, cast steel, and for joining these base metals to steel, copper, and copper alloys
- Can be used in combination with the ferro-nickel type UTP 86 FN to create a weld deposit with even greater wear resistance.
