The square wave AC output and power pulsing technology maximize productivity while reducing heat output. This makes the XTT 353P AC/DC a great choice for welding a variety of materials, including thin metals and those that are prone to warping.
The majority of steels can be welded in DC mode quickly using the pulse power function. This mode provides deep penetration and a narrow heat-affected zone, resulting in strong, high-quality welds.
The AC mode allows the welding of aluminum and magnesium alloys. This mode produces a more stable arc, which is ideal for welding these reactive metals.
The square wave output of the XTT 353P AC/DC maximizes adjustable frequency, which maximizes the arc energy. This results in high welding speeds when coupled with the power pulsing function.
