All Pi AC machines are equipped with D.O.C.® function (Dynamic Oxide Control): a Migatronic patent that ensures a controlled, narrow cleaning zone. The art of simplification: On the Pi AC/DC versions, the welder can adjust four primary AC parameters using the balance button on the control panel:
1 Time balance – overall control of cleaning effect
2 AC frequency – arc control and control of weld pool
3 Electrode preheating – perfect ignition and reduced electrode wear – ready for new gas types
4 Current balance – maintains a DC-like tungsten tip – ensures arc focus - Up to 3 x 10 program settings
All Pi TIG versions store 10 program settings per welding process: TIG DC, TIG AC, MMA DC and MMA AC, so that the welder can quickly and safely call up customised settings for repetitive welding jobs.

DC HP
DC HP control panel with pulse functionality is specifically designed for use with the Pi 200 to 500 welding machines. This advanced control panel is ideal for applications where pulse welding is preferred for sheet metal and where achieving a high-quality finish is critical. With its precise and intuitive controls, this control panel allows for effortless adjustment of welding parameters, resulting in optimal performance and exceptional results.
All pulse functions are controlled using the middle column of buttons. Each function has its own button so it is easy to switch on/off or adjust parameters.
AC DC
This advanced control panel provides the versatility of both AC and DC welding modes with the added benefits of high-frequency and pulse capabilities. It is the ideal solution for applications where pulse welding is preferred and when welding aluminium. With intuitive controls, this control panel allows for precise adjustment of welding parameters, resulting in optimal performance and exceptional welding results.
the top column of buttons is dedicated to controlling all AC functions. The top left section of the panel displays the welding cycle along with associated elements that can be easily adjusted, such as pre-gas flow, start amp, slope up/down, and post-gas flow. With these intuitive controls, you can easily fine-tune the welding process and achieve optimal results.
