Oxygen gas, symbolised as Oâ‚‚ is a colourless, odourless, and highly reactive gas that is essential for supporting combustion and sustaining life.
Oxygen gas has a wide range of applications in industries such as metal fabrication, cutting and welding, soldering, and heating. It is used as an oxidiser in various chemical processes, enhancing combustion efficiency and supporting intense flames.
Our oxygen bottle partners are reputable industry leaders and therefore prioritise safety and performance. See what else to expect from our oxygen cylinders:

Oxygen Bottle FAQs
Can I combine oxygen gas with other gases for specific applications?
Yes, oxygen gas can be combined with other gases such as MAPP gas/propylene (3200C) or propane (2500C) to enhance specific processes like brazing or cutting. When combined, these gases can create a higher temperature flame, enabling efficient and precise brazing or cutting operations. It is essential to follow proper safety guidelines when using different gas combinations.
What is the difference between medical oxygen cylinders and the oxygen cylinders you offer?
The oxygen cylinders we offer are specifically designed for industrial and non-medical applications. While both medical and industrial oxygen cylinders contain oxygen gas, they differ in terms of purity, regulations, and intended use. Our oxygen cylinders are tailored to meet the needs of industrial processes such as welding, cutting, and heating. If you require oxygen for medical purposes, we recommend consulting medical oxygen suppliers or healthcare providers who specialize in medical-grade oxygen cylinders.
