The SifGun Evolution is an innovative MIG welding torch with integrated fume extraction at the nozzle. This close-to-the-weld-pool extraction reduces user exposure to welding fumes by up to 95%. Unlike other on-torch extraction torches, the SifGun Evolution features a bespoke, optimised nozzle that balances pressures to prevent disruption of shielding gases. This means you can use the same shielding gas flow rates as with a standard MIG torch.
The SifGun Evolution is available in air-cooled and water-cooled versions, and in 150A, 250A, 350A, and 500A air-cooled handheld versions. All versions have a 4-meter cable length, with 5- and 6-meter cable lengths available upon request. The SifGun Evolution conforms to EN60974-4 and is available in a robotic version for automated applications.
